The Israeli regime is carrying out large-scale Nazi-style ethnic cleansing in the occupied West Bank by destroying the Palestinian properties, an analyst tells Press TV.
“In my opinion, this type of large-scale ethnic cleansing is nothing more than what I would call…Israeli style and I think that in its inhumanity and in its callous displacement of indigenous population, I would call it Nazi-like in its extreme disregard for human life for the rule of law,” Bruce Katz said on Friday.
He said the Zionist regime is pushing ahead with its “brazen continuation of ethnic cleansing which has really gone on since 1948.”
On Wednesday, the United Nations denounced Israel for demolition of Palestinian homes and displacement of their residents in the West Bank.

What’s that part of the Gaza stip on the map shown to be under Israeli control in 2012?
And where are the years of Turkish, British, Jordanian and Egyptian control? As if none of them existed or was part of the conflict. Talk about whitewashing history – these maps show a “Palestinian state” shrinking, even though there was none to begin with, and “forgets” Jewish presence in the area before 1946, Arab riots in the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s, Israeli control (and relegation of it) in Sinai, full Israeli control of Gaza, Judea and Samaria after 1967, the Oslo agreements, the Golan Heights and so on and on. The message presented is clear – Israeli (Jewish) – controlled (“occupied”) territory grows, while “Palestinian” “controlled” territory shrinks. Very convenient, but far from reality.
The most funny thing about these maps is the comment under the second map – “During this periode Jewish settles had paid for most of the land they occupied”. So if they paid for it, it was purchased and owned by them, not occupied? Or was it?
And then, of course, the astonishing figure of 100,000 square miles of disputed area – 10 times larger than Israel, even including all of Gaza, Judea and Samaria and the Golan Heights. But who’s counting (or checking any facts), right?
I would suggest you directed your questions to the sources of these maps. For instance the Foreign Ministry of Israel (among others).
Since I came across these maps on your weblog, I posted the questions here. If you can provide a link to the Foreign Ministry of Israel’s website using this set of maps, I promise to ask them, and if you want, I can tell you what their response was. In the meantime, I hope you’ll take a minute to think about these questions as well, since you’re the one who’s posting it.
By the way, what do you mean by “Map courtesy of Occupied Palestine” Is “Occupied Palestine” an organization? A website? Or do you refer to the 100,000 square miles of disputed territory? I’m asking because the map says “Al-Arabiya”, so I am left wondering who prepared it.
Yes, I suppose the maps were prepared by Al Arabiya (after all, it’s Arab land, isn’t it?). And the 100,000 square miles might refer to ‘Greater Israel’ which has always been the Zionists’ ultimate aspiration. The information sources are listed at the bottom of the chart.
As for Occupied Palestine, it’s a very informative website listing Israeli crimes against humanity in great detail, among many other things.
If you have further questions, I would suggest you tried Google or any other search engine available on the Internet.
“You suppose”, “might refer” – in short, you have no idea what they are talking about and what do they base these maps on. Because crediting “multiple sources” without being specific which part of the information comes from where says absolutely nothing. The maps are worthless and full of lies, but you do post them. You post information, and when asked where did you get it and how do you know its any good, refer to Google. So much for your credibility.
The maps are certainly accurate enough to illustrate what this article is all about: namely, as the headline states, the horrendous crimes committed by the Zionist regime against the Palestinian people on a daily basis. But apparently, that doesn’t seem to bother you the least.
If you continue trolling here by posting completely irrelevant nonsense, you’ll be banned from this blog. Have a nice day.
I think my comment has shown the maps to be completely inaccurate. Since you’re not willing to acknowledge any of the inaccuracies I’ve pointed out (and I can point out many more), I can only assume that you’re set on your own dogma’s and won’t allow facts to influence your beleifs.
I won’t bother you again. Just want to remind you that people who do not wish to learn from history are doomed to repeat it. That is the source of the tragedies that plague the Arab people (those of Mandatory Palestine included).
