Global Warming activists will tell you that CO2 is bad and dangerous. The EPA has even classified it as a pollutant. But is it? Patrick Moore provides some surprising facts about the benefits of CO2 that you won’t hear in the current debate. (Hat tip to Watts Up With That?)
Dr. Patrick Moore was one of the original founders (and former president) of Greenpeace. Watch him deliver his keynote address, “Confessions of a Greenpeace Drop Out” at the Ninth International Conference on Climate Change at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on July 8, 2014 below:
Some days ago, I’d posted “Confessions of a Greenpeace Drop Out.” Perhaps I should have left it up. Despite my antipathy for Moore hiring himself out as a mouthpiece for corporate interests, I must admit that his presentation, abstracted from his politics and corporate allegiances, is spot on. The focus should be, as you are placing it here, on the content of the analysis and not on the personality delivering that analysis. Perhaps I should reconsider . . . It is a slick and truth-telling presentation, in my humble opinion, if you also abstract away the praise for nuclear energy as ‘green energy.’
